I didn't feel ready when your Tri training started, but you've motivated me into signing up for the Erewash Tri next Sunday! My 1st Parkrun 4 weeks ago I had a panic attack, putting too much pressure on myself. I've eased back, and I've been more or less following the plan, a few weeks behind you. Yesterday I managed my 1st 5k without stopping since May. 💪 Today it's brick training, with a bit of transition practice! 😁 I'm feeling ready, but nervous 😬 Thanks for the motivation to Tri this! #togetherwevegotthis #ismytowelbrightenough 😂
