Happy Sunday everyone! Week 6 training plan has now been added. In week 6 you should be starting to feel some adaption. This is the hardest point so you will feel tired and starting think about race day. The good news is this is how you are supposed to feel. You are all doing fantastically well. Keep going, keep focused and keep strong...you have got this and together we will rock it on race day! :) If you have questions then please add them to this post and we will answer them all within the next 24 hours.
