1st Open Water Swimming Training done @ London Victoria Dock. Feel more at ease but still anxious counting down 3 weeks to the day. Hubby joined me today for extra boost. We both quite shocked with the temperature of the water and how stiff to swim with wet suit on. Its buoyancy helped me to breath well and turned up easier with front crawl than breaststroke. Need to work more on speed and my anxiety of the darkness under there. I’m a claustrophobic. My first 50-100m was nightmare and told hubby I would give up the race. Just need to calm down and relax. I love it now!
