What confusing messages we have to decipher through! Marketers are better than ever at persuading us that something is healthy. So what do we choose? My rule of thumb is if it's in it's natural form then it's better fresh fruit over dried, fresh orange over orange made from concentrated, ignore the packaging and look straight on the back some have indicators on food labeling that states it's in the red for sugar, if the packets says carbohydrates from sugars is high then avoid and choose something else
