My 3rd run. Lessons learned..... 1) I can do this and it doesn't matter if I am starting from the begging. 2) It's important to warm up. 3) Don't forget about those running drills. They really help. 4) Don't give up slow down!. My biggest fear going back to running wasn't really if I could do it. It was if my body would let me. My knee injury was my biggest fear. But I just need to listen to my body. Together we can do this xXx Happy hump day ladies...
