Anyone else get a bit twitchy on rest days? Like I know I’m no elite athlete but I am loving the change up in training and all the new challenges but on rest days I find it hard to chill out. Maybe I’ll do one of the yoga videos, although not usually my forte but I’ll give it a bash 🤷🏻‍♀️
