after a weekend of no training, i really needed to get back on it today! So i did the pool session (1200m), got changed and did 15 mins on the gym bike (its all i had time for) and then a 7k running club session. Got me thinking about how i can work in a real bike session next time as i didn't manage to get out on the bike last week. Really need to make more tyre time 😁
