So after a not very successful swim again this morning. I still cannot get in a rhythm and keep going for a continuous length of time. I then finally got out on the bike outside for a hot, windy, wet and humid (weird weather) ride. Not quick but tired legs from a very busy active week. I thought I would then try a little run straight after all I will say is ouch. That mile was one of the hardest I have run 🙈🤷‍♀️😳 Really don’t know if I am going to crack this swimming thing. So end of week two, 27 miles run, 1300 ish meters swam and about 2 hours on the bike Inside and out. I have cut back my running, but also aware big runs coming up but need to get swim and cycle much stronger.
