Happy Friday everyone. My breakfast after my morning swim. Got the recipe off the global group, porridge oat pancakes made with almond milk and served with coconut yoghurt. So good!! Have to say, having not trained for an event for a good few years, I’m loving having a programme to follow and love that each of the sessions are manageable (not too long). Thanks so much!!
