I wanted to share this achievement with the group....just over 52 weeks ago I decided to do a caffeine detox. I was feeling unbelievably sluggish in the mid afternoons and after doing some reading I thought perhaps I was drinking too much caffeine. I thought I’d give myself a 2 week break and go for water only. The impact was quick and very noticeable. Within 2 weeks I’d stopped the almost-falling-asleep tired patches mid afternoon. Fast forward to last week - 6 June - it was my 1 year water-only anniversary! No milk/juice/caffeine...etc. Just beautiful plain water. Happy water-anniversary to me!
