Does anyone fancy joining me for run/walk intervals round Rushcliffe parkrun (Nottingham) on Saturday? The plan is to run 60 seconds then walk 30 seconds. It's good if you've done a bit of running but are not sure you can run the whole way or if you are recovering from injury as the walk break gives you time to recover. We will do it at the pace of the slowest so you don't need to worry about being left behind. Let me know if you're interested and we'll arrange a meeting point.
