I wanted to introduce you to Sarah Cowell who is one of our Her Spirit Sports Nutritionists. Sarah's interest in sports nutrition began 10 years ago when training for her first marathon, realising that she needed to change her diet to match her increasing training load. Later she turned her attention to Jon her husband and his nutritional needs, supporting him in his GB Duathlon racing and training activities.
