Ok so this is for those of you who, like me, sit at your desk for prolonged periods of time πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Get your alarm set and ready for every 2hrs πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Ideally go for a walk outside or around the building, take the stairs a few times πŸ€ΈπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ In between these why not try this little series of moves or at least some πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ In between those do 10 mins meditation or listen to the Headspace app πŸ€ΎπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Small additions of movement nutrition overtime πŸ’ƒπŸΌ Make a huge difference & I’m confident that it’s much more than many realise πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ Try it & let me know how you feel after a few days of adding in some of these
