Just done my swimming now. Did extra sets as the pool only 20m length. Apparently my garmin didn’t count the kickboard distance. I didn’t realise until last few sets 🤪 Anyway first 100m front crawl was tough. I got panic and suddenly out of breath. Tried to calm my self and switch to breast stroke for a bit. It helped! I couldn’t stop until I realise it’s too much 😜 Hope this energy stays for the next 8 wks.
