What’s your favourite food in the summer? Summertime for me means getting those salads sorted! It’s often easier to eat more healthily in the summer- we are less hungry when it’s hotter and we can pack in more raw colourful foods, to feed the gut biome and nourish every cell with phytochemicals and anti oxidants. Greek salads, fresh coleslaws and anything you have in the fridge combined and dressed with a splash of something delicious.
