I’ve just read through our week 1 training plan and thankfully it looks quite straight forward so far 😄 I’m just wondering whether we are able to change what we do on the days allocated ie Swim Monday, Weds bike or could we bike on Monday and swim Weds instead? Perhaps there is a specific reason for each activity on certain days so just wondering 🙂
