Good morning everyone. We have had a few people report they either can't see some of our challenge content in the Body section or they are seeing the wrong content in the wrong places i.e running challenges in the swimming! If you are having this issue then please watch this video which shows you how to 'cache' your phone. This is for the iphone but the principle is the same for android if you go to your app section. Basic info below but please do watch the 45 sec video: Go to settings and then scroll down to your Her Spirit app. you will see some settings and one at the bottom which says 'Clear data on next launch'. Check this to the green position and then close your HS app and then you should be asked to log back in.
