Week 2 is now available in the Start your Journey section. Week 2 is focused on creating your vision board for the future and setting a main goal for your Mind, Body and Fuel. In Week 2 you will find a video to help you create your vision board and also a vision goal setting tool. This week we also start to chat about being active, how much activity is good for your health and understand why getting your body more mobile is a good place to start.
