So finally got to see a physio. I have arthritis in my right knee and starting to develop it in my left knee. Two weeks of strengthening exercises. No running or high impact classes for those 2 weeks. Strapping and support as well as "supplements won't make it worse". Then back for follow up appointment. But walk, walk, and walk some more. So I challenge you all to join me on Fitbit or Strava and see how many miles we can walk together. There are Her Spirit groups on both apps. #togetherwevegotthis
