I don’t know if it’s actually possible, but I think I might be getting WORSE at swimming?!?! The open water swim at The London Triathlon really scared the “Thames” out of me and I didn’t realise just how much that was going to push me out of my comfort zone. I reeeeaaallllyyyy struggled to sort my breathing out and so therefore was left having to do mainly breaststroke otherwise I would have died. How do I regulate my breathing? How do I calm down? Help!?!
